Thank you for choosing Apothecary Hair Lounge! At Apothecary Hair Lounge, we are committed to providing an extraordinary healthy hair experience & ensuring the comfort & satisfaction of all our clients. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth & enjoyable visit.

1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

To secure your preferred time, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance.

All clients must provide a valid credit card to reserve an appointment.

You will receive multiple confirmation reminders via email or text prior to your appointment.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
-
We kindly request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price.

No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.

3. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the best possible service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or your service may be shortened. In either case, full payment for the original service will still be due.

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee our artistry 100%. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days & we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Refunds are not provided, however adjustments for haircuts or color will be offered within 7 days of your appointment.

5. Color & Blonding Services

Color & blonding results & longevity may vary depending on your hair’s natural tone, texture, previous color history, maintenance, lifestyle factors. etc.

To protect the health & integrity of your hair, certain results may require additional sessions or treatments.

Color services are only guaranteed when professional products are used as over the counter products will not protect the longevity of your color

Fashion colors (such as pastel, vibrant shades, or bold hues) are special colors that require more maintenance than traditional hair colors. These colors can be more prone to fading due to their semi-permanent nature.

6. Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Gratuity is left to the discretion of each guest & is greatly appreciated by our artists. We kindly ask that all gratuity be given in cash or via Venmo. We cannot accept gratuity on credit or debit cards.

7. Pricing Transparency

Prices for services are subject to change & may vary depending on the length, thickness, or texture of your hair.

Please discuss pricing with your artist prior to your service.

8. Product Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges for retail products within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused or gently used.

Retail products will be returned for a credit that can be applied to a service or retail item. No cash refunds will be given.

9. Children & Additional Guests

To ensure a peaceful & relaxing environment for all of our guests, as well as to protect everyone’s safety, we kindly request that children under 13 not attend hair appointments unless they are receiving a service.

Please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment as we are limited on space.

10. Health & Safety

Your safety & well-being are our priority. Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to protect others.

11. Electronic Devices

We kindly ask that you refrain from using electronic devices that play audio aloud, including phone calls and videos.

Please keep your phone on silent to avoid interruptions during your service.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward services and retail products.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gratuity.
